Bilingual LCSW (Cantonese or Mandarin) – Full-time.   We are seeking a bilingual clinical social worker with experience working with older adults.  The successful candidate will provide individual and group psychotherapy as well as workshops on mental health and aging.  SPOP is currently providing most services via telehealth and limited on-site sessions at our clinic on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.  In the future this position will also include services at satellite locations in Lower Manhattan.

  • LCSW
  • Strong clinical skills and experience using an electronic health record
  • Preferred qualifications include experience facilitating groups; previous work with high-risk and high-need populations

Training Coordinator – part-time (15-20 hours per week).   We are seeking a Training Coordinator with creative and administrative responsibilities.  SPOP offers training in behavioral health care for older adults; this person will create new content, deliver trainings, develop marketing materials, and manage program administration.  Requirements:

  • Experience in delivery of training programs, including online and in-person trainings
  • Knowledge of evaluation tools
  • Background in aging services and/or behavioral health care strongly preferred
