Social Worker/LCSW – Full-time.   We are seeking a full-time social worker with clinical experience working with older adults.  This position focuses on providing individual and group psychotherapy to older adults.  All service is currently by telehealth, though the position will eventually include on-site clinic appointments and home visits.   Requirements:

  • Strong clinical skills working with a high-risk or high-need older population
  • Experience using an electronic health record
  • Experience facilitating psychotherapy groups
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred

Training Coordinator – part-time (15-20 hours per week).   We are seeking a Training Coordinator with creative and administrative responsibilities.  SPOP offers training in behavioral health care for older adults; this person will create new content, deliver trainings, develop marketing materials, and manage program administration.  Requirements:

  • Experience in delivery of training programs, including online and in-person trainings
  • Knowledge of evaluation tools
  • Background in aging services and/or behavioral health care strongly preferred

Part-time IT Junior Technician/Helpdesk Support –  (7-10 hours/week).  We are seeking a candidate with excellent technology and problem-solving skills.  We provide supportive supervision and flexible work hours.  Duties include installation/configuration of hardware and software; trouble-shooting; basic repairs; managing inventory.  Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills/proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with formal ticketing system
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Bilingual Administrative Assistant – part-time (10-14 hours/week).  We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative assistant to provide office support and general tasks:  Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Basic computer skills/proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Two years of office experience 
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or GED
