Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish-English) LCSW

We are seeking bilingual Clinical Social Worker to work in a new partnership between SPOP and New York-Presbyterian, one of the nation’s most comprehensive, integrated academic health care delivery systems.

The successful candidate will provide psychotherapeutic services and mental health assessments at the SPOP Clinic on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and home-based service for clients who are homebound.

  • LCSW and bilingual Spanish language skills
  • Experience with adults age 55 and older

Assistant Director for PROS/Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (full-time)

We are seeking an Assistant Director for our PROS program, which provides rehabilitation support and life skills training for adults age 55 and older with severe mental illness.  The successful candidate will assist with the supervision of the day-to-day operations of PROS, including ensuring person-centered and strength-based recovery-oriented service delivery.  The candidate will also work with the Senior VP for PROS in the coordination of programming and supervision of staff.


  • An advanced degree in a human service field; licensure is strongly preferred
  • Direct experience:
    • working with the SMI population; older adults a plus
    • supervising staff and interns
    • using an electronic health record and documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
