Senior Vice President for PROS/Personalized Recovery Oriented Services

SPOP has an opening for a full-time Senior Vice President For PROS.

The SVP for PROS will be a core member of the senior organizational leadership team, and will report to the Chief Program Officer.  The SVP for PROS will lead the efforts of the PROS program, which focuses on the needs of severely and persistently mentally ill older adults, empowering them to achieve and maintain healthy lives in the community.

Candidates must have exceptionally strong management and leadership skills and have a demonstrated ability to work in a fast, complex nonprofit terrain.  The SVP for PROS must have a strong clinical background with experience in mental health/rehabilitation services, preferably with a severely mentally ill population.

The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in social work, or related human services field; minimum of 8+ years of executive level experience.  A competitive compensation package will be provided to the successful candidate.

Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish-English) LCSW

SPOP has an opening for a full-time bilingual Clinical Social Worker to work in a new partnership between SPOP and New York-Presbyterian, one of the nation’s most comprehensive, integrated academic health care delivery systems.

The successful candidate will provide psychotherapeutic services and mental health assessments at the SPOP Clinic on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and home-based service for clients who are homebound.

  • LCSW and bilingual Spanish language skills
  • Experience with an older population and MICA clients desired
