Service Program for Older People

Update on Coronavirus

Dear members of the SPOP community,

The safety of our clients, community partners, volunteers, and staff is our highest priority.

In conformance with directives from Governor Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio, SPOP has suspended all in-person and face-to-face behavioral health services.

We intend to continue to provide treatment via virtual connection, and we are still accepting referrals for adults age 55 and older.

If you are a current client you will hear directly from your therapist about how to proceed.

If you are a medical professional seeking to refer a client please click here.

If you want to learn about behavioral health services for yourself or another person, please click here.

Please be assured that SPOP is working to meet the behavioral health needs of older New Yorkers during this crisis.

We recognize that information can change on a daily or even hourly basis and we will update this information as needed.

Nancy Harvey, LMSW
Chief Executive Officer
